The Villa

Nestled just below the famous Fiesole hills, in Florence, where the Affrico stream gently meanders through the countryside, emerges the historic Villa il Palmerino, whose foundation dates back to 1400. Its unique location has preserved a centuries-old fascination with this refined country house, so close to the city and its conveniences, while always remaining a peaceful, natural, and quiet oasis. The recent restoration completed by the current owners has returned original architectural elements to the house, and recovered traces of the past, such as a fresco believed to have been painted in the early 1400s.

In every way, the Residenza has been equipped with comforts designed and realized using bioarchitecture to emphasize and maximize what has always been the Villa’s primary goal—hospitality. The Residenza welcomes its guests in an artistic atmosphere, where they can truly and always feel at home.
